We are right in the middle of it. Our day usually starts with a lot of noise and traffic getting into Gautam Buddha Nagar. We do a lot of development work, which means we spend more time on dusty sites than in our actual office chairs. The office is really just a place to store files and have quick meetings before heading back out. It’s not one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the brochures. It’s a practical space. We handle various construction tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule, though the Noida heat can be brutal. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive when they should, and we have to scramble. That’s just part of the life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the buildings we started and make sure they stand up well. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure the budget doesn't go crazy. Most of the guys here have been in construction for years. We know the local rules and how to get things moving. It’s just us working hard every day to get the next project finished.
