Anuiya Tres Infra is our company based in Noida. You can find us in Sector 45, specifically in Tower 7 of Sunlight Residency, Flat 303. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a typical office. Sometimes the lifts are slow, but we don't mind the wait. Noida is constantly changing with new buildings and roads popping up everywhere you look. We wanted to be part of the infrastructure side because there’s so much work to be done right here in our own neighborhood. We aren't a big developer with a glass skyscraper. We work from this flat because it’s practical and keeps our overhead low. Usually, the main table is covered in site maps, technical drawings, and half-empty coffee mugs. We focus mostly on the planning and technical aspects of infrastructure. It involves a lot of time spent on computers and talking to site supervisors over the phone. We often have to drive out to various parts of Gautam Buddha Nagar to check on how things are progressing on the ground. The traffic can be pretty bad, so we try to leave early in the morning. We’re just a small group of people who understand how construction works. We don't have a front desk or a secretary. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of the owners directly. We’re just trying to do our job in this big city without making a lot of noise.
