We’re located over in Noida, specifically at C-130 in Sector 49. It’s a different vibe than our Delhi offices but the work is pretty much the same. We focus on properties and infrastructure projects in the Uttar Pradesh area. The office is a standard building on a regular street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren’t really into the modern open-office stuff. It’s more of a traditional setup where everyone has their own space to work. We spend a lot of time dealing with local regulations and site plans. The team here is used to the pace of Noida. It’s a growing area, so there’s always something new being built. People stop by to check on the status of their plots or to ask about new developments. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what the current situation is. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we just get on with it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the phone calls. Most of our day is just regular office work. We’ve been in Sector 49 for a good bit now and know the local roads and landmarks. It’s a solid place to work from. The lunch spot around the corner has pretty good samosas that we get almost every afternoon.
