Our office is actually located in Gaur City-1, specifically in Flat No. 73-C within the 1st Avenue block. Working out of an apartment in Greater Noida West is interesting because we are right in the middle of all the new development. You can see cranes and half-finished buildings from almost every window around here. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating between the different sites we are managing. It can be a bit chaotic with the phone ringing constantly while we are trying to look at the latest blueprints. We are not fancy and our office reflects that. It is mostly just a place to keep the computer and the files. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks checking on the progress of the masonry and the plumbing. It is a lot of physical work and the dust in this part of town is something you just get used to. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just show up and make sure the workers have what they need to keep going. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever and that is when we get most of our phone calls done. It is just a normal way of life for a small construction business in this growing area. We try to stay organized even when the paperwork gets messy.
