ALAVIAA BUILDERS LLP

We are Alaviaa Builders LLP, based out of Shahwari village in Dadri. Our actual spot is at plot number 85 and 86 in the Ishwar Nagar Colony. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where we do our business. Dadri is changing fast, and we are right in the middle of all that new growth. We do building work, mostly local houses and some bigger stuff when it comes up. The office is pretty simple, just a place for us to meet and keep the tools safe. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if you call, you’ll just talk to one of us directly on our mobile phones. We spend most of our time out on the sites in Gautam Buddha Nagar anyway. It’s dusty and loud work, but we enjoy seeing things get built from the ground up. Sometimes we have issues with getting the right materials on time, but we always find a way to make it work. We aren't looking to be some giant corporation. We just want to do good work and stay busy throughout the year. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. We don't really do any ads. We just focus on the project in front of us. It’s a tough business sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep building and moving on to the next one.
