AJR Buildtech LLP is based out of House No 236, Block B in Sector-02 of Greater Noida. This area has been growing like crazy, and being in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar puts us right in the middle of all that expansion. It’s a busy place with new roads and sectors popping up every time you blink. We work from this house, which keeps things feeling more personal than a cold office building. Construction around here is constant. You hear the sounds of hammers and drills from morning till night. We’ve been part of that noise for a while now. It’s a lot of management, honestly. You have to keep track of the crew, the materials, and the timelines, all while dealing with the heat and the dust. Things don't always go perfectly. We’ve had our share of delays and mistakes, but we always stay until the job is done. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us because they saw one of our sites or talked to someone we worked for. It’s a straightforward way to do business. We’re just local guys who understand how to build in this climate and this soil. Uttar Pradesh is a tough place to work sometimes, but we like it here. We just keep our heads down and keep building, one brick at a time. It keeps us moving.
