Ajir City is based in Kanpur, specifically at 112-A Kheora. We are right near the Nag Wali Building in Nawab Ganj. If you know Kanpur, you know this area can be quite lively. Our office is just a plain room where we handle the business side of things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living in the real estate and city development space. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land and building projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and waiting for things to happen. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and that can be frustrating. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or hearing about us from a neighbor. Nawab Ganj has a lot of history, and we like being part of the community here. The office is a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the local projects. It’s basic, honest work in a busy city. That’s really all there is to say about us. We keep things grounded and don't try to overcomplicate the way we run the office. It's just Kanpur life for us and we take it one day at a time.
