Our spot is over in Sector 63, Noida, specifically at D-323. If you know this area, you know it’s always busy and there is a lot of noise. We fit right in with all that. Most days start with a quick check of the equipment. We deal with a lot of concrete and steel, so there is always a layer of grey dust on our boots. It’s just the nature of construction work in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We aren't sitting in fancy air-conditioned offices all day. Most of the time, we are out where the actual work is happening. The traffic in Noida can be a real pain when we’re trying to move stuff around, but we manage. We’ve got a core group of people who have been doing this for years. We know the local suppliers and we know which roads to avoid during rush hour. There’s a lot of paperwork too, which nobody really likes doing, but it’s part of the deal. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or complicated plans that don’t work in the real world. We just look at the site, figure out what needs to happen, and get to it. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or the weather turns, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a living, and it keeps us on our toes while we try to stay on schedule.
