Agstek Projects Llp is located in Gujar Colony in Dadri. The office is set up at Vijay Pal Singh Bhati’s place, who is the son of Kalu Ram Bhati. It’s a local operation through and through. We handle various projects around the Gautam Buddha Nagar area. Dadri is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we try to keep things straightforward. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. Usually, it’s just us handling the project details and making sure the workers know what they are doing for the day. The office in Gujar Colony is where we keep all our records and meet with people to discuss new work. It can get a bit loud during the day with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it. We’ve been part of the community here for a long time. Our work involves a lot of coordination with different people, and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or other issues, but we always try to push through. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to stay busy and do the projects we signed up for. Most of our evenings are spent finishing up paperwork or planning for the next morning. It is a simple life and we like the work we do here in Dadri. It keeps us connected to the ground.
