We are based out in the village of Eteda, which is under the Bisrakh police station area in Gautam Budh Nagar. Specifically, we are at House Number 26 near Roja Yakoobpur. This area is changing very fast with all the new construction, but our office still feels like it’s in a rural village. The building is a simple house where we have set up a couple of rooms for our building company. It’s quite a drive from the main city areas of Noida or Greater Noida, but we are right where the work is happening. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially after it rains, so we usually have a lot of mud on our boots. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby; it's just a place where we sit and talk to workers or look at land documents. Most of the day is spent dealing with the practical side of building, like ordering bricks or checking on the progress of a wall. We have a small yard where we sometimes keep supplies. It’s a very quiet spot compared to the busy construction sites nearby. We like being in Eteda because it’s peaceful and we know everyone in the village. It’s a very down-to-earth way to run a buildcon business, without all the corporate stress you find in the bigger offices. We just do our work.
