ACT BUILDCON LLP

We are located at House No. 59 in Sector 168, specifically in the Dostpur Mangroli area. ACT BUILDCON LLP is run out of this office, and it’s a fairly straightforward operation. We don’t go in for much of the corporate polish you see with the bigger firms. Our days are mostly spent on the phone with contractors or out at the sites making sure things are moving along. Sector 168 is growing, so there is always something happening around here. The office itself is usually cluttered with blueprints and half-empty cups of tea. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather focus on the actual building work. It can be a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when we’re trying to coordinate several different crews at once. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, like any business, but we keep at it. People in the area know us as the folks who just get on with the job. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing fluff. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. It’s just about being real with people and doing the work we said we’d do. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Dostpur Mangroli. It's not always easy, but we wouldn't want to be doing anything else besides this. The physical progress at the end of the day is enough for us.
