We are based out of the Grand Omaxe area in Sector-93B. Acrobatic Developers Private Limited is tucked away in the Alx A 303 block. Noida is always growing, and being right on the Expressway means there’s constant noise and movement. It's a lot different than it was a few years ago. Our office is pretty functional. We have some computers and a lot of printed plans laying around. Usually, someone is drinking tea and talking about why the bricks haven't arrived yet. Being a developer in Gautam Buddha Nagar isn't as glamorous as people think. It involves a lot of sitting in traffic and waiting for permits. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of staff. We’re a smaller team. We know our way around the local regulations. It’s a lot of practical stuff, like checking if the plumbing is right or making sure the wiring is up to code. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them. That’s just part of being human. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. The 201304 area is busy, and we fit right in with the rest of the people trying to make a go of it. We value being able to walk onto a site and knowing the guys by name. It feels more real that way than being stuck in a high-rise office all day. It’s just how we like to work.
