Jay Ess Academy

We set up Jay Ess Academy here in Delta 3, Noida, quite some time ago. It's located at Ns-30A. People in the neighborhood mostly know where it is. It isn't a massive place, just a regular spot where kids come to learn. We spend a lot of time making sure things are in order. The building is simple. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors since it’s a residential pocket. Some parents drop their kids off in the morning, and it gets a bit busy on the street then. We have basic classrooms and a bit of space for activities. It’s mostly just us doing the daily work, checking the registers, and making sure the rooms are clean before the first bell rings. Noida has changed a lot, but this part of Delta 3 feels pretty stable. We don't have fancy gadgets everywhere, just the stuff needed for teaching. Sometimes the power goes out, but we deal with it. It’s a job that keeps us busy from early morning until the afternoon. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just the staff here on the ground. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to answer the phone when it rings, though sometimes we're busy in the halls. It’s just a local school doing what schools do. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we know the families around here. It's a lot of work but it's worth it for the day to day. We are just regular people running a regular school at 201310.
