You can find us at 65-D in Sector 82, Noida. It’s a residential area, so it’s much calmer than the busy markets. We are in the D-4 block, which is easy to navigate once you are inside the sector. Our office is just a small room where we handle all the tutor placements. It’s mostly filled with stacks of files and a couple of phones that ring quite often. We don't have a big team or a fancy lobby. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks and making sure the schedules are right. We have a small electric kettle for making tea and coffee throughout the day. The furniture is quite basic, just some plastic chairs and a wooden table we’ve had for a long time. There is a window that looks out onto the street where you can see the neighbors walking their dogs. We don't use any complicated software to manage the tutors; we still prefer writing things down in our big registers. It feels more reliable that way. Sometimes parents drop by to talk about their kids’ needs, and we just sit and chat on the porch. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but it works for us. We’ve been in this sector for years and everyone around here knows where we are. It’s just a regular, hardworking little office.
