Garg Steels

We operate Garg Steels out of Vijay Mandi in Muradnagar. Being in a mandi means it is always active and there is always something going on around us. We have been here for years, dealing in different types of steel products. It’s a very grounded kind of business. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns because we don't think they are needed. Most people in Muradnagar who need steel just know to come to the mandi and look for us. The space we have is filled with bars, sheets, and rods of various sizes. It’s heavy stuff, so we spend a lot of time moving things around with the laborers. The air is often filled with the sound of metal clanging against metal and trucks idling. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to it by now. We talk to farmers, local builders, and sometimes just people fixing up their houses on the weekend. We don't try to push anything on anyone. If someone wants a certain gauge of steel, we show them what we have and tell them the price. The weather in Muradnagar can be tough, especially in the summer heat when the metal gets hot, but the work has to get done. We close up in the evenings when the mandi starts to quiet down and the lights go out. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just try to keep our stock levels right so we don't run out.
