Kaizen Metal Forming is based out of Kasna, in the Upsidc Site-V Industrial Area. Our address is J-89. It’s a big shed where we do all the metal work. You’ll hear the sound of the presses and the cutters from down the street. It’s loud and it’s hot, but that’s metal forming for you. We don't spend much time in the office because the real work is happening on the shop floor. We have some heavy machinery that takes a lot of looking after. The guys here are used to the noise and the hard work. We don’t really have any fancy brochures or a PR person. We just make the parts that we are asked to make. Kasna is a bit out of the way, but it’s where the industry is. We get our materials in by the truckload and send out the finished pieces the same way. The floors are concrete and usually have some metal scraps lying around. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words to describe the process. We just form metal into the shapes needed. Every day is pretty much the same: we start the machines, check the quality, and keep going until the shift ends. It’s a steady business and we’ve been at it for a while now at J-89.
