Shree Gurudev Industries

We are located in the Industrial Ward, which is exactly what it sounds like—a lot of warehouses and small factories all lined up. Shree Gurudev Industries has been in this spot for a decent amount of time. The building is simple, mostly just a large floor for the machinery and a small corner for the paperwork. We do a lot of manufacturing here. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer, so we keep the big doors open. You can hear the sound of the metal clanging from the street. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just focus on making parts and getting them out to our customers. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us since we opened up. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just look at the orders for the day and get to work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, but that’s part of the job. The floor is stained with oil and there are tools scattered on the workbenches. It’s a place where things actually get made. We don't have a sales team calling people all day. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us here in the ward.
