Our company is Drolia Electrosteels Pvt. Ltd. and we are located out in Siltara. If you know Raipur, you know that Siltara is the main industrial area where all the heavy work happens. It is a tough place to work because of all the dust and the heat from the factories, but that is where the steel industry lives. Our office is right there on-site in Siltara. We don't have a separate fancy office in the city because we like to be close to where the actual work is being done. It is a lot of heavy lifting and managing industrial processes. The team here is used to the environment. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about looking polished. We are a private limited company, but we run things more like a family business. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate slogans. We just try to make sure the steel we deal with is handled right and that the trucks get loaded and sent off on time. Most of our day is spent dealing with the heat of the Chhattisgarh sun and the noise of the machinery. It is hard work, and it isn't for everyone, but we have been doing it for a long time. We are just a group of people who know the steel business from the ground up and stay busy in the industrial belt.
