Ishwar Ispat Industries (P) Ltd.

We are located at Plot No. 168 in Sector C of the Urla Industrial Complex. Ishwar Ispat Industries (P) Ltd. is basically right in the thick of the industrial belt. If you’ve driven through Urla, you’ve seen the smoke and the big factories everywhere. Our plot is just one of many in this sector. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy machinery running. The noise is pretty constant from early morning until late evening. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It’s hot work, especially near the furnaces, and we all go home pretty tired at the end of the shift. We don’t have much in the way of amenities. There’s a water cooler and a place to sit for a few minutes. The walls of the office are painted a dull grey and have old calendars hanging on them. We focus on the production side of things rather than looking pretty for visitors. Most of our days are spent checking the status of the steel and making sure the machines aren't acting up. The road into the complex is full of potholes, so you have to drive carefully. It’s an honest living in a gritty part of town. We’ve been here long enough to see the complex grow and change, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can.
