Our site is located at Old Maisanpur in the Ganjam district of Orissa. We are right in the village area near the post office. The pin code is 761004 if you are trying to find us. Working out here is a lot different than being in a city like Bhubaneswar. It’s much more rural and quiet. We have our main office set up here to keep track of the projects we are working on in the region. The building is a basic structure that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s just where we keep our files and meet to talk about the work schedule. We deal with a lot of heavy engineering and construction stuff, so there is usually a bit of mud or dust around the yard. The weather in Orissa can be quite tough, with heavy rains or very hot sun, so we have to plan around that. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us who manage the daily tasks. We usually eat our lunch together and talk about what needs to be done next. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just focus on the physical work and making sure everything is handled right. It’s a hard job sometimes, but we are used to it. We’ve been part of this area for a while and like the local people we work with.
