Padhys Foods LLP is a small operation run by the family, started by the son of Bhaskar Chandra Padhy. We are located at 14/A in the 4th Lane of Ananta Nagar, right here in Berhampur. Ganjam is our home, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our setup is pretty basic because we don't need much to do our work. We use the space we have to manage our food business. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of orders by hand sometimes. Ananta Nagar is a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet, which we appreciate. We don't have any big marketing budgets or flashy websites. Most of the people who know us just heard about us from someone else. We spend our days talking to people and making sure our products are moving where they need to go. It’s a lot of work, and the 4th Lane can get a bit cramped when we have deliveries coming in. But we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Orissa. We just want to do a good job and keep the business going for the next generation. It’s just us, working hard in our corner of Berhampur. No corporate talk, no fancy titles. Just plain work and a lot of commitment to the day-to-day tasks we have in front of us. This is our life every day.
