Our place is located over at Niva Park, Phase- I, in Bramhapur. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except for when the trucks come through for pickups. We are Bonheur Foods Pvt. Ltd., though the name sounds a bit more formal than we actually are in person. Inside the office, there's always paper piled up on someone’s desk and the sound of a fan humming in the corner. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone with suppliers about the next shipment. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve got some desks, a small break area where we drink way too much tea, and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just wait around for a bit and chat. We don't really have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It's just a group of us working through the day-to-day tasks of running a food business. We focus on the logistics and the numbers. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of paperwork to catch up on at the end of the month. Bramhapur is a decent place to be based. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just work. We come in, do what needs doing, and head home. That’s how things go here at Bonheur Foods.
