Our office is tucked away in The Meadows, specifically in G 2 Block, which is part of the Adani Shanti Gram area. It’s actually quite a nice, quiet spot compared to the center of the city. Being near the Vaishnodevi Circle means we can get out to the main highway pretty fast, which helps with moving our pharmachem products. The office itself is number 1401, and it’s a bit of a walk through the township to get here. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to suppliers. It doesn’t feel like a big factory or a sterile lab; it’s just a workspace where we manage the business. There’s a kitchen area where we usually end up sitting around the table for lunch. We don’t have those huge conference rooms. Instead, we just huddle around someone’s screen when there’s a problem to solve. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we don’t really care about formal dress codes or anything like that. It’s more about getting the shipments sorted and making sure the chemical orders are correct. The views from this part of the block are mostly of the other residential towers and some green patches. It’s a decent place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We’ve got our routine down, and the quietness of the township helps us actually get some work done without too many interruptions from the outside.
