You can find us at Plot 707 in Sector 28 Gidc. Biocare Remedies is a small pharmaceutical unit. We don’t have a big corporate campus or anything like that. It’s just a standard industrial plot where we do our manufacturing. The inside is kept clean and organized because that’s what the work requires. Most of our day is spent following certain steps and making sure the batches are correct. We have a small team of technicians and workers who know the routine inside out. Sector 28 is a quiet part of the GIDC area, which is nice. We don't have any flashy signs out front. If you walked past, you might not even know what we do. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have. The office part of the building is just a few desks and a phone that rings occasionally. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making products that people need. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the water like everyone else in this area. We just deal with it and keep going. It’s a steady, predictable life here at the plot. We do our work, check the quality, and head home. Most of us have been working in this sector for years, so we are used to the industrial atmosphere. It is just about doing the daily tasks right. We have a small lab area to test things as they come out of the line. That is it.
