Nucleus Formulation Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 3484/3485 in Phase-4 of the Gidc. This part of the estate is a little newer than some of the others, but it still has that same industrial feel. We spend our hours inside, focused on the details of what we are putting together. The floors at Plot No. 3484/3485 are kept as clean as we can manage, though dust always finds a way in from the road outside. Our days are filled with the sound of fans and the clicking of scales. We aren't a massive corporation with layers of management; we are just a small crew at Nucleus Formulation Pvt. Ltd. trying to do our jobs properly. Most of us live nearby and have been working in Phase-4 for quite a while. We know the tea seller who comes around at ten and the guy who delivers the water. It’s a simple life, really. We don't have much time for meetings that don't result in something being made. The work at Plot No. 3484/3485 is repetitive, but it requires us to pay attention every single minute. When the sun goes down, we lock up the gates and head home, just like everyone else in the Gidc. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do without making any grand claims about it. We just show up and keep the production line moving as it should.
