Skills Nurture

Skills Nurture is on the second floor of Radhe Square, which is right across from Pramukh Arcade in Kudasan. This area has grown a lot lately, and we are right in the thick of it. To get to us, you just take the stairs or the lift up to the second floor. The space is set up for training, so there are plenty of desks and a few different areas where we sit down with people to work on their skills. It’s not a fancy setup with glass partitions, just a regular office floor where people come to get better at what they do. We spend a lot of time talking and showing people how to handle different tasks. Since we are opposite Pramukh Arcade, there is always somewhere to grab a snack or a coffee during breaks, which is nice for us and the people who come here. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the road and the buildings across the way, but it feels like a good spot to work. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the papers and folders start to pile up when we have a lot of people coming through. It is a simple operation run by a small team, and we just focus on the teaching part of the day. Kudasan is a quiet enough area compared to the main city, so it’s a decent place to focus.
