We've been over here at 7/2 in Phase I of the GIDC in Vatva for a good while now. It's a busy industrial area, so there’s always something going on nearby. You probably know how Vatva is if you've ever driven through it on a weekday. Most mornings start early with the trucks rolling in and the tea stalls setting up around the corner. Reliance Formulation Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy glass tower; it's a working space where we get things done. We spend most of our time keeping track of production schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We don't really do big meetings or slide presentations here. Usually, it’s just us talking over things in the office or on the production floor. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the main part of Phase I. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which never seems to end. It’s hard work, and by the time five or six o’clock rolls around, everyone is ready to head home. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving forward without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day in Vatva.
