PLASMA INDUCTION

Out here at Plasma Induction, we are located at 330/1P in Village-Hajipur. To get to us, you have to take the Moti Bhoyan Hajipur Road, which is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the city center. Being in the Ta. Kalol area means it is much quieter than the industrial hubs, though we still have plenty of work to do. The facility is fairly large because the induction equipment we handle takes up a lot of room. It can get quite hot inside when the furnaces are running, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the village fields. We have a mix of local guys working here and some who commute from further away. The pace is steady, and we don't really go for all that corporate talk. We just call it Plasma Induction and we show up every day to do the work. The road outside can get a bit dusty with the trucks passing through, but it’s a decent place to spend the day. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so most of us just bring lunch from home and eat together in the shade. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the technical stuff, keep the machines maintained, and make sure everything is locked up tight before we head home. It is a long day sometimes, but the work is interesting enough to keep us going.
