Natural World Day Care & Preschool Activity Center

Our little center is located at B/ 25 in the Ainal Haq Society, which is part of the Juhapura and Fatehwadi-Sarkhej area in Ahmedabad. It is a residential neighborhood, so we are right in the middle of where people live. We started this place because we saw a need for somewhere local for the kids to go during the day. It is not a corporate chain or anything like that. We use a house-like setting where the rooms are filled with toys, mats, and colorful drawings on the walls. It gets quite loud in the mornings when the parents start dropping off their little ones. We spend the day doing simple activities, like drawing or playing with blocks, and making sure everyone gets their snacks and naps on time. The society is usually quiet, but you can always hear the kids laughing or crying from our gate. We try to keep things organized, though with small children, there is always a bit of a mess with toys scattered around. The teachers are mostly women from the local area who like being around kids. We don't have a big fancy playground, just a small outdoor space where they can get some air and run around for a bit. It’s a very down-to-earth place where we just look after the kids while their parents are busy with work or chores. It’s a simple, local daycare for the neighborhood families.
