Maruti Physiotherapy Clinic

Maruti Physiotherapy Clinic is over at 1 Malay Hills, near the SBI and right opposite the Aryavilla Ananda Party Plot in Ranip. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain the address, but once you see the party plot, you know you’re close. We are a small clinic focused on helping people move better. A lot of our visitors are older folks with stiff joints or people who got hurt playing sports. We have some basic equipment like mats and some machines, but a lot of the work is just doing the exercises. The clinic isn't very large, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have more than three people working out at once. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. It is a relaxed atmosphere because we think people do better when they aren't feeling intimidated. We hear a lot of stories about how people hurt themselves—falling off a scooter or just sleeping the wrong way. We don't judge; we just help you do the stretches. Ranip is a nice area, and we like being here. Sometimes the music from the party plot across the way is a bit loud, but it keeps things lively. We just keep doing our thing, helping one person at a time get their strength back. It is simple, physical work, and we like it that way because it helps our neighbors.
