Action Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is situated at K-2/1 in the Nobal Nagar Tenament area of Kubernagar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the big water tank by New Rutul Park. It’s a local neighborhood spot, nothing like those big corporate centers you see in the city. We have been here in Kubernagar for a while now. The clinic is part of a residential block, so it feels very much like a home. We have our mats and equipment set up in the main rooms. It’s usually just a few of us working here at any given time. People from the tenements and the nearby park area usually just walk over. The water tank is the best landmark to tell people when they get lost. It is a quiet street for the most part, except when school lets out. We spend our days helping people with their movements and exercises. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just a place to sit and wait. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice. It’s just a small, local physiotherapy practice in a regular part of town. We like it this way because we know our neighbors and they know where to find us.
