Job Juction

So, we are located in the G.E.B. Colony in Gandhinagar. It is C Block 3/2, if you are looking for the exact spot. It's a pretty standard government colony vibe around here, lots of trees and fairly quiet in the afternoons. Job Juction isn't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's more of a practical space where we sit down and look through resumes and job postings all day. Gujarat is busy, and people are always looking for a new start, so we try to help out with that. We have been in this spot for a while now. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it gets really hot in May, but we manage. Most days are spent on the phone or responding to emails from folks looking for work. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. But seeing someone actually get a call back makes the paperwork feel a bit more useful. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get people into the right roles so they can earn a living. The office is easy to find once you get into the colony. We usually have the door open if the weather is okay. It’s just us here, keeping track of who is hiring and who is looking. Nothing fancy, just a local business doing local things. We like the pace of things here in Gandhinagar and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else right now.
