Dev Recruitment is over at Plot No. 459/2 in Gandhinagar. It is a straightforward spot where we handle all the hiring and job placement tasks that come across our desks. We have been in Gujarat for many years now, and this plot has become our home base. The office is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and trying to figure out where they might fit best in a new job. It is a lot of reading through resumes and making notes on things. We do not have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or free snacks. We just have our desks, our phones, and a small area for people to sit when they come in for a chat. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill at once, but we just take it one person at a time. The area around Plot 459/2 is mostly other businesses and workshops, so there is always a bit of activity outside. We try to keep things honest with both the companies and the people looking for work. We are just a local recruitment office doing the basic work of connecting people with jobs. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every day.
