Working out of the Radhe Gopal Bunglows gives the office a much more comfortable, home-like feeling than a standard office block. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the records we have to maintain. A lot of our day is spent talking to suppliers or coordinating where things need to go. We aren't a giant operation, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is a small garden area outside that we can see from the window, which is nice when the sun is out. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around or doing things by hand while it resets. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone like that; we just handle the business ourselves. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most days are just about staying on top of the paperwork and making sure nothing gets missed. It’s a quiet, steady life here in our Gandhinagar office, and we just keep the work moving along at our own pace.
