Hydraulic Cylinder & Spares

Our place is at Plot No. 1006 in the G.I.D.C. Engineering Estate. The business is called Hydraulic Cylinder & Spares. As you might guess from the name, we spend our entire day working on hydraulic systems of all shapes and sizes. We have shelves full of seals, rods, and various cylinders. It is a very specific type of work that requires a lot of attention to detail. You have to be really careful with measurements because even a small mistake means the cylinder will leak under pressure. Our shop is usually a bit greasy from all the hydraulic oil, but we don't mind it. We have been at this specific plot for several years now. The Engineering Estate is a good spot for us because we are surrounded by other workshops that often need our specialized help. We don't do any real marketing or advertising. Most of our customers come to us because they know we keep the right spare parts in stock. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It is just a few of us who understand how these systems work. We do a lot of repairs and we also sell parts to people who want to fix things themselves. Sometimes it is hard to find a rare part for an older machine, but we usually manage to track it down. We just focus on doing a solid job so that machines keep running.
