Gujarat Food

We are located at Plot No:-D- 602 in the Sanidhya Flora building in New Ranip. We are quite close to the Khodiyar Temple, which makes it easy for people to find our direction. Our workspace is where we prepare various traditional food items. It’s not a large factory, just a focused area where we handle everything from scratch. We spend a lot of time cleaning lentils and sorting through spices. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it satisfying. The neighborhood in New Ranip is mostly residential and quite peaceful, except when there’s a festival at the temple. We don't have a fancy storefront with glass windows. It’s more of a functional space where we get the cooking and packing done. My cousins come over to help when we have large orders for the holidays. We use old recipes that don't need much changing. We don't have a corporate office or a sales team. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we run into small problems with the stove or the supplies, but we just fix it and keep going. We like the quiet life here and being able to make food that reminds people of home. Gujarat Food is just a small, honest effort by a few of us. It's a long day, but we prefer being our own bosses.
