Golden India Tea Exporters Private Limited is based on the third floor of a building in Gandhi Nagar. We are right near the school at 993/4-A, so it gets pretty loud when the kids are let out in the afternoon. It is a basic office setup. We spend most of our time dealing with tea shipments and talking to suppliers on the phone. The room is often filled with the faint smell of different tea leaves we are sampling for our orders. We are not a massive company with a shiny glass front or a big sign. It is just an old-fashioned office where we do our business. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy samples up and down can be a bit of a chore for us. We have been in this part of town for a good while. Most of our neighbors are regular families or other small shops that have been here for years. We do not do much in terms of advertising or promotion. Most people find us through word of mouth or old connections in the tea trade. It is just a few of us here. We handle the paperwork, check the quality of the tea, and make sure the export documents are all in order. It is steady work that keeps us busy. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we always get the job done eventually. We like this spot.
