In Gandhinagar, you can find us at R 13 Kirtidham in the Vavol area. It is a bit different from the bigger city offices because things feel a little more relaxed here. Not the work itself, but the atmosphere. Kirtidham is a decent spot and we have settled in quite well. At 3I Infotech Ltd, we have this space filled with the usual office gear—desks, chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of monitors. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for the tech side of things from this location. The mornings are usually spent checking emails and making sure nothing broke overnight. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a lounge. It is just a place for working. There is a lot of green around Vavol, which is nice when you need to step out for a breather. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always running. People here are pretty down-to-earth. We talk about the local news or what is happening in the tech world while we wait for files to upload. It is a practical setup. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done and things stay on track. It is just us, doing our bit in a quiet corner of Gujarat. It works for us and the people who come by to visit.
