You can find Shiv Ganga Logistics at Office No. 7 on the ground floor of the Trade Center. This is located on Plot No. 46 in Sector 8 of Gandhidham. Being on the ground floor is really helpful because we have people coming and going all day long. Sector 8 is a very active part of town with a lot of commerce happening. We focus on logistics, which in this part of Kachchh usually means dealing with the heavy traffic from the ports. The office is pretty basic, with a few desks and a bench for people to wait on. We have a lot of files because everything in logistics needs a paper trail. The Trade Center is a well-known building, so it’s easy to give people directions. I like being on the ground floor because I can see what’s happening outside and it stays a bit cooler. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just show up every morning and start making calls to see where the trucks are. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and keep going. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to drivers who stop by. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to make a living in this town. We usually keep some cold water for the drivers when they come in from the heat.
