If you are looking for Shakti Roadlines, we are over at B B Z- S -9-10 on Station Road. Being near the station means it is always crowded and there is never enough parking for the trucks. Gandhidham is a busy hub, and Kachchh roads can be pretty rough on the vehicles. Our office is a simple place where we keep the logs and keys. We do not have any marketing people or a big website. It is just us and the drivers. Most of the day is spent checking schedules and making sure the loads are ready to go. The furniture in the office is old and the floor is usually covered in a bit of sand from the street. We do not mind it much. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in or going out. There is no air conditioning, so we just keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze there is. You might see us standing outside talking to the other shop owners on the block when things are slow. We have a routine that works for us, even if it looks a bit disorganized to someone from the outside. We just deal with the roads and the trucks every single day without making a big deal out of it. It is what we know and how we have spent the last several years in this corner of the town.
