Manish Bulk Carrier

Our office is right at Plot No 8 in Sector 8, right across from the Post Office here in Gandhidham. Being near the Post Office makes it easy to explain to people where we are. Manish Bulk Carrier has been operating out of this spot for a good number of years. It’s a transport town, so everything revolves around trucks and moving goods. We handle bulk loads, which means there’s always a lot of planning involved. It gets pretty loud with all the heavy vehicles passing by all day. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly filled with logbooks, maps, and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't use any of those fancy computer programs to manage everything; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and knowing the drivers personally. The heat in Kachchh can be really something else, so the overhead fans are always on full blast. We don't really do advertisements or anything. Most of our customers have been with us for a long time and they just know how we work. We don't make big promises, we just tell people when we can get a truck to them. Sometimes the roads are bad or a vehicle breaks down, and we just have to be honest about the delay. We just try to be straightforward and keep the wheels moving as best as we can.
