Kiran Roadlines

Kiran Roadlines is based out of Plot No. 8 in Sector 8, right here in Gandhidham, Kachchh. Our P. O. Box is 234. We’re situated directly opposite the Post Office. It’s a very convenient spot for us. This part of town is always moving. Since we are in the transport line, being near the center of things helps. We have a small office that stays pretty cluttered with logbooks and maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure things are where they need to be. It’s not a fancy job. Most days involve a lot of stress about schedules and truck repairs. We’ve been doing this for years. We started with just a couple of vehicles and grew from there. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My brother handles some of the books, and I handle the operations. We don't have a big corporate structure. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the horns and the engines. It feels like the pulse of the city to us. We just focus on getting the loads delivered. We aren't big on fancy talk or marketing. We just do the work and hope the customers are happy enough to call us again. It takes a lot of coffee to get through the Mondays.
