If you are looking for Plot 107 in Sector 8, you will see our sign eventually. Gandhidham is always windy and there is salt in the air, which makes keeping things clean a bit of a nightmare. Ambica Trading Co has been running out of this building for a decent stretch of time. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of ledgers and old invoices. We deal with a lot of different suppliers, so there is always a new face popping in with a delivery note or a sample. Some days are slow and we just sit around the fan talking about the weather or the latest news from the port. Other days, three trucks show up at once and it’s a total mess in the yard until we get it sorted. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the business moving and our regulars happy. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack things higher than we should. The light in the back warehouse is a bit flickery, but we know where everything is even in the dark. It’s just how things go around here. We close up around six, though sometimes we stay late if the paperwork gets behind or if a driver is running late and needs us to wait.
