Ck Senior Secondary School

Ck Senior Secondary School is right by Kasoori Gate in Ferozepur, which is a pretty well-known spot in this town. We are situated near Bharat Nagar and the Circular Road, so there is always something going on just outside our walls. It’s a lively area, to say the least. The school itself is an old hand at this, having been part of the Ferozepur landscape for quite some time. When you walk through the gate, you can feel that history. The architecture is older, with thick walls that stay surprisingly cool even when the Punjab sun is beating down on the Circular Road. We don’t have all those new-fangled gadgets you see in the private schools in the big cities, but we have everything we need to get the job done. The staff has been around for a long time, many of whom live right here in Bharat Nagar. We see them walking to work every morning. The playground isn't huge, but it’s filled with kids as soon as the bell goes for break. We deal with the usual stuff—leaky roofs during the monsoon and trying to keep the dust down in the dry season. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. People know they can come to us and we’ll tell them how it is. It’s just how we do things here.
