Chhatari Glass Industries

Our factory is out on Railway Road in the Gulzari Lal Jain Complex. It is a tough environment, honestly. There is a lot of heat because of the glass work, and the sound of machines and trucks is pretty constant. You won't find any clean suits or white carpets here. Everything is a bit dusty, and the floors are concrete because they have to be. We spend our days moving heavy sheets of glass and making sure the furnaces are running the way they should. It is physical work, and we all go home pretty tired at the end of the shift. Being near the railway means we hear the trains go by all the time, which just adds to the noise of the machinery. We don't have a fancy office for visitors; if you come to see us, you’ll probably just sit on a plastic chair in the corner of the warehouse. We focus on getting the orders filled and loaded onto the trucks without anything breaking. Sometimes things do break, and we have to start over, which is frustrating but just part of the job. We are just a group of people who know how to handle glass and aren't afraid of a little hard work. It isn't a glamorous business, but it’s ours, and we have been doing it this way for years. We just try to get the job done right and on time.
