Shri Om Parkash Avn Public School is located right in Maujgarh, which is part of the Abohar area. It’s a quiet place, mostly fields and small houses around us. We set up the school here because the kids in Maujgarh needed a place nearby instead of going all the way into Abohar town every single day. It’s a simple brick building, nothing too flashy, but it’s got everything needed for a basic education. We have a few rooms, some blackboards, and a lot of energetic students. Life here moves at a different pace than the big cities. We know everyone by name, and usually, we know their parents and grandparents too. That’s the thing about being a village school. You aren't just a teacher; you're a neighbor. We spend a lot of time making sure the kids understand their lessons, even if we don't have the newest computers or a big sports field. We use what we have. The dusty playground gets a lot of use during the breaks. Sometimes things break and we fix them when we can. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the word of mouth from parents who see their kids learning. If you come down to Maujgarh, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a small community and we’re glad to be a part of it.
