Our office and processing plant are in Mallipur, right on the G.T. Road. It is a convenient spot for getting things shipped out to different places. We have been operating from here for a long time. We do honey, mostly for the international side of things, but the work we do every day is still very grounded and physical. The facility is a mix of older sections and some newer parts. We have a lot of machinery that needs constant attention and maintenance. The yard is usually full of empty containers or trucks waiting their turn to load up. It is a noisy place during the daylight hours. We have a decent-sized crew from the local area who help us out. We do not really do the corporate thing with long meetings and slide presentations. Most of our communication happens right on the floor or over a quick cup of tea in the break area. We have to be very careful with the honey, making sure it stays clean and gets filtered properly before it goes into the jars. It is a lot of physical labor for everyone involved. My desk is usually covered in export papers, shipping labels, and customs documents. We do not have time for fancy slogans or marketing talk. We just want to make sure the honey is packed and sent out without any issues. The G.T. Road is always loud, and the dust is constant, but we have made our home here.
