We are located in Village Mallipur, which is also situated along the G.T. Road. It is a bit of a rural setting but it has the advantage of being very close to the main highway for transport. We focus on honey here. The building we use is a basic industrial unit. Inside, we have our processing lines and a large storage area for the drums. It gets especially busy during the honey harvest seasons when the local keepers bring in their yields. We see a lot of raw honey coming in from various different regions. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks and a lot of metal filing cabinets. We are not big on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of us here have been working with honey for many years, so we know the drill by heart. We spend our days checking the quality of what comes in and making sure the glass bottles are filled and labeled correctly. It is steady, repetitive work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult for the bees or the transport trucks, and we have to scramble to keep our schedules on track. We do not have a fancy website or a PR team to talk for us. We are just local people running a honey business. We know our neighbors in Mallipur and the truck drivers who stop by on a regular basis. It is a simple life focused on one product.
