You’ll find us out on G.T. Road in Doraha. It’s a busy stretch of highway, so we see a lot of trucks and travelers passing by every single hour. The facility is fairly large because we need the space for all the honey and the equipment that comes with it. It’s not a quiet office; it’s more of a warehouse and processing area. There’s always the smell of beeswax and honey in the air, which I guess is better than most industrial smells. We have people coming in from the local farms and others getting crates ready for long trips. Being on G.T. Road makes it easy for transport, but it means we deal with a lot of dust and noise from the road. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know the local gossip and what’s happening in Doraha. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll find someone in boots or a work jacket who can point you in the right direction. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the jars are sealed right. The weather gets really hot here, and the metal roof doesn't help much, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a simple operation at its heart, just a lot of honey moving through a building on a very busy road.
