Yadav Building Materials Store

Out here in Katinna Manikpur Village, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Yadav Building Materials Store is located right in the village, near the Pipar Gaon Post Office area in Mohamdabad Block. We mostly serve the families and farmers around here who are building walls or fixing up their barns. It’s a quiet spot most days, though it gets lively when a delivery truck pulls in through the narrow roads. We keep a lot of our stock out in the open because there’s more room that way. The sun beats down on the bricks and the cement bags stay under the shade. We know just about everyone who comes by, and we usually hear about a project long before they actually come in to buy the materials for it. It’s a community thing. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Our name is just painted on the front. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind because we’re busy helping a neighbor load up their tractor, but we always catch up eventually. Living and working in the village means you have to be reliable. If you say you have something, you better have it. We take pride in being a part of Mohamdabad Block. It’s not a glamorous job, but seeing new houses go up using our materials feels pretty good.
